 Probo Medical acquires certain assets of KPI Healthcare 

FISHERS, IND. (July 8, 2020)– Probo Medical (“Probo”), a leading provider of medical imaging equipment, parts, repair, and service, announced today the acquisition of certain assets of KPI Healthcare, Inc. (“KPI”). As part of the transaction, Probo will add the highly regarded sales team of KPI in the US and Europe to its existing sales team and will have the opportunity to serve KPI’s global customer base for their future medical imaging equipment needs.

KPI, based in Yorba Linda, CA with affiliate locations around the world, sells, rents, refurbishes and services ultrasound and c-arm medical imaging equipment to both wholesale and retail customers.
