Due to the lack of the Intelligent Dynamic Micro Slice option, the Canon Aplio i700 does not support premium Matrix transducers. The Canon Aplio i700 provides the similar transducer line up like the Canon Aplio Platinum series. Nevertheless, its extensive selection of specialty transducers efficiently cover a high standard of demand in sophisticated General Imaging applications. Similar to the Canon Aplio i900 and the Aplio i800, the Aplio i700 is compact and light-weight, and easily maneuverable with over 36cm console height adjustment, lateral slide and a fully articulating monitor arm.
Remarkable new features of the Canon Aplio i800 that differentiate it from the Canon Aplio i700 are an intelligent Dynamic Micro Slice function for operating matrix transducers such as i8CX1, i18LX5, and i24LX8 and a Multiplexing function that is used to perform Quad View for CHI, Quad View for SWE, Shadow Glass, and Smart sensor 3D. The Multiplexing function is standard on the Aplio i800, but it is an option for the Aplio i700.
